antonia goy

As I’m typing this I’m wearing woollen jogging bottoms, two sweaters and a scarf. I’m therefore fairly certain that the next summer is about as far away as Australia. But ever since I visited Antonia Goy’s showroom, it’s been easier to imagine what that summer will look like: like an easy silk dress in a luminous colour, worn out at night, when it’s still warm and light, for a cocktail on a rooftop terrace. The collection is called “butterfly ease” and those dresses especially are something to look forward to – when you’re stuck in your winter cocoon, drinking tea, like me.

*Although, if I could wear it right now, that cocktail dress in the first picture would be worth risking a flu for.
