There probably isn't a more versatile piece of clothing in a man's wardrobe than a blue blazer. What's more, they suit absolutely everyone. It isn't difficult to recall images of people, from royalty to film stars to politians, who have known the impact a good blazer can have. Even now, when brightly coloured trousers can be seen pretty much everywhere, the red trousers I made for Marlene still grab a lot of attention. From myself included, as I've had a slight feeling of jealousy ever since I made them. I wanted a pair of brightly coloured trousers, too.
