My lovely friends Okka and Steffi had the idea of putting together a list for the weekend on their blogs and kicked off the project last Friday. And because it’s something for the weekend, it’s not really a project at all, it’s a packet full of happiness. I was so charmed by the idea that I decided to, well, latch on! Friday is my favourite day of the week after all. So here are the things that will make me happy this weekend:
Buying some more rolls of film for my other camera and hopefully going out to take some pictures…
Baking, then eating, a peach crumble from this recipe, which should quite possibly be illegal, it’s that good…
Catching up on the reading of my Saturday newspaper (I’m usually a couple of weeks behind, so in my world: The Euro? Still strong!)…
Buying more hydrangeas, because I’m not Madonna…
Looking at my new globe that I bought recently at the Urban Outfitters flagshipstore opening in Frankfurt, thinking about travelling…
Reading Truman Capote’s “Auf Reisen”, his travel journals from all around the world, a book as beautifully designed as it’s written…

Oh wow ist der schön der Globus! Bin schwer verliebt! Auch in die News, dass es in Frankfurt einen Urban Outfitter-Flagshipstore gibt. Freu mich riesig, dass du mitmachst! ?

Der Laden ist wirklich überwältigend riesig. Aber man muss trotzdem nicht nach Frankfurt fahren für den Globus, den gibt’s auch im Netz… Schön, den Tag mit euch zu teilen!

Ich überlege gerade, ob Pfirsich Crumble nicht ein vorzügliches Abendessen wäre: Vorspeise, Hauptgang, Dessert. Wäre er! Komm doch Sonntag zum Kaffee auf ein Stück vorbei…
