*At the start of the week I saw a guy wearing a pair of dark red chinos. I thought they looked fantastic with his chunky wool sweater and peacoat. I instantly wanted a pair for myself, and thankfully didn’t have to search for long because I found this pair at Allsaints.
*Also currently on my wish list, a new woolen hat. I really want one with a bobble, I’m just not sure which one. My current favourite is this one by Aubin & Wills but if anyone knows where to get a better one please let me know!
*I also strangely want one of these Bape Harris Tweed cushions.
*Sunspel are launching “design i yourself t-shirts”. Made to order in three weeks. Sadly, only for those in London.
*Berlin eyewear brand Mykita is hoping to appeal to “hipster golfers” with their Spring/Summer 2012 collection.
*Finally… I wouldn’t normally pay much attention to a Claridge’s christmas tree, even one decorated by Alber Elbaz, the very cheerful creative director at Lanvin. But I couldn’t help but smile when I saw these photos this week, because the designer has sat himself on top of the tree, complete with bowtie, black rimmed glasses and huge gold fairy wings.
