Last night my friend Ines took me out for a great good-bye dinner in the Marais. I was running late and she sent me a text: “I’m waiting at the bar. Don’t break your ankles hobbling here!”
I’m not quite sure how I managed to wear heels for much of the week – but if these ladies on their way to the shows in the Tuileries could do it, so could I! Still, I was quite happy to slip on some flats today and hop on a plane back to Berlin. It’s been fun, Paris! See you next season. In heels, of course.
