Oh, hello! Meet my new shoes from Gorman (our shopping guide to Australia is going to be veeery long…) I’m sitting in our hotel room right now, admiring them, when what I should really be doing is pack my suitcase. I can’t quite believe our three weeks in Australia are up and we’re going home tomorrow. I also can’t believe that I’ve done it yet again: I brought too many clothes. And then I bought too many clothes. How does this always happen? How do I not buy something sensible and small, like ballerinas, but the most massive platforms I can find? How am I ever going to get these into my suitcase? I might just admire them a little bit longer – until James falls asleep and I can smuggle them into his suitcase.
If that doesn’t work, I’ll be that silly woman arriving back in Germany in 4-inch-platforms in the middle of winter…

Das wäre natürlich ein guter Look gewesen: Sandalen mit Sticksocken. Stattdessen habe ich Flipflops mit Socken getragen, als wir in Frankfurt gelandet sind. Kein guter Look! Aber meine Füße wollten einfach nicht in die Stiefel…

Okay hier ist die Antwort: 3 Wochen!
Keine Angst hier in Berlin ist kein Schnee und so kalt ist es auch nicht. Nur regnerisch 😀
Für den Februar empfehle ich allerdings solche Boots hier von Boss (die ersten) 🙁 Der Winter wird noch kommen und dann richtig! Ich habs im gefühl.Da werden Stiefel pflicht, aber noch nicht jetzt, zum Glück!
