Who’s that girl?
a month in fashion (and other stuff) #2
February – the month I wouldn’t mind skipping every year. The one thing I enjoy about it is that it only has 28 days. Here are some nice things to fill the rest of them with, beginning with the ones in the picture.
taking cover
Why show a picture of Kathrin in which you can’t see her face? For she has a great face, as you can see…

One of things I enjoy most about my job is that I get to hang around some very talented people who let me peek over their shoulder and be a nosy parker, who share little secrets and favourite addresses with me. One of the things I enjoy most about writing this blog is sharing those whaaaaat-that’s-amazing-tell-me-more moments. A moment like the one when I recently met Thorsten again on an assignment. Thorsten the magician I should call him, because he made me up into a Hollywood star for a story in Couch when I was heavily pregnant and looked about as far away from Hollywood as Hannover. I adore him even more since he came up to me during a break on set last week, held a few bottles and jars under my nose and said: „Do you need something new for your blog? I got something!“
a new bracelet
There comes a time when you have to admit that there are things in this life you’ll probably never learn. Like Japanese. Or knitting. Or the ability to stack bracelets. You know what I’m talking about. Some women excel at it, mixing a vintage men’s Rolex with three friendship bands, a Cartier bracelet, a wristband for the last Roskilde Open Air and a handful of jingling gold bangles, and making it look fabuous. I simply can’t master that look. Or rather, I find simple jewellery much easier to handle. Right now I’m wearing three delicate gold rings a lot, from by boe, Sabrina Dehoff and I need more rings. The gold Loop bracelet from TAKK fits right in: subtle, but striking. And at least as impressive looking as a wrist stacked with jewellery.
