There’s good reason the little black dress is considered a classic. It’s such a timeless look that you can play with it and make it completely your own. Like Madeleine and Kathrin, who I caught on their way to the Vogue cocktail. Neither of whom are actually wearing a LBD, but rather a modern update – a midi-length dress on Madeleine and top, skirt and tux jacket on Kathrin. Both looking as chic as you’d want to look for a night out.
Carolin Dunkel is that friend you constantly want to ask where she’s found what she’s wearing. The gorgeous dress. The fabulous handbag. The jeans cut in exactly the way you’ve been looking for, but have been unable to find.
I last moved house eight years ago. Do you have any idea how many charging cables it’s possible to collect in eight years that you no longer know what technical device they belong to? A LOT OF CHARGING CABLES.
When I went to see my friend Mirjana at the Closed headquarters in Hamburg recently – I’ll be showing you the pictures from my visit soon, but let me tell you this already: I wanted to pull up in a van and steal all of the amazing furniture from their showrooms for our new apartment –, it happened to be the first truly hot day of the summer. Within 15 minutes of arriving I saw at least five different women in white summer dresses, Mirjana among them. I was envious of every single one of them.
So. After not being able to blog for three months last year, I was resolved not to let that happen again. And it didn’t. This year, I didn’t blog for FOUR months. Is there even anyone still reading this?
